ELOY ARIZONA enjoys Mexican Independence Day begginning with a parade followed by dancing, visiting, politicing and some dancing. Many of Eloy's residents have links to Mexico and Eloy has long been a US destination for crossers looking for work in the lettuce or cotton fields in central Arizona. Controversial Pinal County Sheriff Paul Babeu shook hands with folks and asked for votes.
