2011 began with one of the worst mass shootings in U.S. History at her Congress on the Corner. Nineteen people were shot and six died. Gabby, amazingly lived and has spent the last year regaining her ability to walk and talk in hopes of returning to Congress. Her recovery is a miracle and her influence has grown off the charts.
