Mid-March the Gila River Indian Community celebrates its annual Mul-Cha-Tha fairground extravaganza featuring All Indian Rodeos, Jr Rodeos, Traditional Dancing and Singing, Waila Dancing and a large Pow Wow, but the food carts have special appeal as the midway calls the youth, as others filter away from the nearby events. Sacaton, AZ has about 11,000 members of the Gila River Indian Community.
