Fort Apache, Arizona once home to the U.S. Cavalry today is home to their captives the White Mountain Apache Tribe which was devastated last summer by the Rodeo fire and who next week will argue in the U.S. Supreme Court that the Bureau of Indian Affairs has allowed the fort to deteriorate into ruin at their expense.
