Melinda Waits an eleven year old from Bisbee, Az get acquainted with "STOGIE" from Fort Huachuca's B Troop.Sunday at the re-enactment of Picacho Peak. Stogie is 20 years old and one of the oldest member of the Troop and one of the gentlest members according to Trooper Vaughn Laganosky. The 4th US Cavalry is made up of volunteers from the active members of the fort and they perform all over the US, Sunday the troop was playing the California Column which confronted the Confederates troops at Picacho Peak before taking heavy losses and retreating...
