Isla Martir .tif
A lone island in the northern part of the Sea of Cortez or Gulf of California with vertical walls climbing 1000 foot from the sea is Isla San Pedro Martir. Like many islands in the gulf, Martir is home to many colonies of birds like the brown footed Booby sitting atop this cactus.
